At 44, I started to worry about my appearance.  I know, right? What took me so long?!   I started investigating Resveratrol for its anti-aging benefits.  I had seen all the commercials touting this claim and that claim about what other products could do for me, and I had tried a number of them.  If every product claim were true, by now I would be 200 pounds of well-sculpted muscle.  Let’s just say I am not and leave it at that. For example, in terms of weight loss, I can’t say I’ve closely monitored those results, although I will say that my clothes seemed to be fitting looser. One of the other benefits is that it is supposed to be good for your heart, and I have experienced lowered blood pressure since starting these supplements. It is also a powerful antioxidant and I credit this benefit with my reduced stomach pains. All I know is that since starting this regiment, my stomach has never felt better.  Overall, I feel good, better than I have in years.
